Important — scope clarification: Not all six specifications apply to every titanium plate or sheet product. Each standard covers specific grades, product forms and industry use cases. Requesting a specific standard does not imply Feinuotai holds a third-party certification for that standard — it specifies the material properties and documentation to which the supply should conform.
Beyond the standard grades covered by ASTM B265, Feinuotai evaluates requests for specialty titanium alloys on a case-by-case basis. All items below are supplied subject to material availability, order quantity and processing arrangement.
Metastable beta titanium alloy
A high-strength beta titanium alloy with good formability in the solution-treated condition and excellent strength after aging. Used in aerospace structural components, springs, fasteners and high-performance applications. Plate and sheet supply evaluated per inquiry.
Near-alpha high-temperature alloy
A near-alpha titanium alloy offering good elevated-temperature strength and creep resistance up to approximately 540 °C (1000 °F). Used in gas turbine engine components and high-temperature structural applications. Plate and sheet supply evaluated per inquiry.
Medical near-beta alloy (ASTM F1713)
A near-beta titanium alloy originally developed for medical implant applications, covered by ASTM F1713. Ti-13Nb-13Zr offers a low modulus of elasticity suitable for orthopedic implants. Supply evaluated per inquiry.
Custom grade evaluation
Additional titanium alloys — including beta alloys, near-alpha alloys and nickel-titanium (NiTi) — may be available through our supply network. If your project requires a specific titanium alloy not listed above, contact our team with your required grade, product form, dimensions, quantity and application. We will review material availability and supply options.
Documentation, inspection and traceability matters to consider when procuring titanium plate and sheet.
Mill test certificates covering chemical analysis and mechanical properties can be supplied with your order. Certificate format and scope are confirmed per inquiry.
Independent third-party inspection (TPI) by recognized agencies can be arranged and coordinated. TPI scope, agency and timing are confirmed per project.
Our team provides order progress updates and arranges delivery — including export packaging, documentation and shipping coordination — according to your requirements.
Heat numbers and material identification are marked on titanium plate and sheet per ASTM B265 marking requirements. Traceability records are maintained to support MTC documentation.
Beyond material supply, Feinuotai supports titanium plate and sheet customers with processing services — in-house and coordinated external.
In-house processing is carried out at our Baoji facility under coordinated production scheduling. Available capacity and lead times are confirmed per order.
For processing outside our in-house capacity, Feinuotai coordinates with qualified external partners. Our team remains responsible throughout each stage: technical requirement confirmation, processing arrangement, production follow-up and delivery coordination.
Custom Fabrication from Plate & Sheet: Tubesheet blanks, pressure vessel components, heat exchanger parts and custom welded assemblies can be produced from plate and sheet stock. See Custom Machined & Fabricated Parts for details.
Standard offerings include commercially pure Grade 1, 2, 3 and 4; Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V) for high-strength applications; Grade 7 (Ti-0.2Pd), Grade 9 (Ti-3Al-2.5V) and Grade 12 (Ti-0.3Mo-0.8Ni) for enhanced corrosion resistance. Other grades including Grade 11, 16, 17 and specialty alloys are evaluated subject to material availability and order requirements.
Titanium plate is generally supplied from 3 mm (0.118 in) and above. Sheet covers thinner gauges down to approximately 0.5 mm (0.020 in), while foil extends to thinner ranges below 0.2 mm. Exact thickness availability depends on grade, width and rolling capacity — please inquire with your specific dimensions.
