Finished titanium parts produced to customer drawings — CNC-machined components, woven and welded mesh, laser-cut blanks, welded assemblies and custom fabricated hardware.
Seven custom-fabricated part types — CNC machined components, sputtering targets, electroplating baskets and titanium-clad copper products.

Turned, milled, drilled and tapped titanium components produced to customer DWG / STEP drawings.
High-purity titanium sputtering targets — planar, cylindrical and rotatable geometries for PVD coating systems.
Ti-6Al-4V and other titanium alloy sputtering targets — composition specified per coating application.
Ti-Al, Ti-Ni, Ti-Zr, Ti-Mo, Ti-W, Ti-Si and multi-element compound targets for specialty PVD processes.
Welded titanium baskets and racks for electroplating, pickling and heat-treatment process lines.
Custom-designed titanium plating racks, anodic oxidation hangers and process supports.
Titanium-clad copper bars, busbars and transition pieces — different from explosive-bonded Ti-Cu composite plates.
This category groups the downstream fabrication services that convert standard titanium semi-finished stock — bar, plate, sheet, wire and tube — into the finished components that end-user OEMs and system integrators actually install. Feinuotai supports two principal production pathways: CNC machining for discrete precision parts to customer-specified tolerances, and fabrication processes — bending, laser cutting, weaving, welding, polishing and assembly — for structural or semi-structural components in smaller production runs.
Every custom project begins with a drawing review. We confirm grade, raw-material form, critical tolerances and surface finish before quoting. Inspection and testing requirements are agreed per project. Additional charges may apply. Small prototype runs and larger production volumes are both supported, with lead time scaling accordingly. All custom parts are produced to order — no pre-machined finished parts are held as stock.
Note on scope: Custom machined and fabricated parts can be produced from Grade 1, 2, 3, 4 (commercially pure titanium), Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V), Grade 7, 9, 12 and Grade 23 (Ti-6Al-4V ELI). Grade 11, 16, 17 and other specialty alloys (e.g., Ti-15333, Ti-6242) are evaluated subject to material availability and specific processing requirements. All parts are produced to order — no finished machined stock is held. Tolerances, surface finish and inspection requirements are confirmed per drawing review.
Feinuotai coordinates the production of custom titanium components through its in-house CNC machining and welding capability, supplemented by our network of established titanium forging, tube bending, heat treatment and surface treatment partners. Below distinguishes capabilities that Feinuotai performs directly versus those coordinated through partner resources.
Feinuotai performs turning, milling, drilling and tapping in-house — 3-axis and 4-axis CNC machining for production and prototyping runs.
In-house GTAW (TIG) and GMAW (MIG) welding — certified welders for pressure vessel and structural applications.
2D fiber laser cutting of plate and sheet stock; high-precision profile cutting for flat components.
Coordinated through partner resources — open-die and closed-die forgings from 500 g to 5,000 kg.
Standard Feinuotai supply service — 90°, 45°, U-bends, J-bends and custom configurations to drawing.
Solution treatment, annealing and aging — coordinated through partner heat-treatment facilities.
Single point of contact for complete component production — receive your DWG / STEP / DXF and manage all process steps.
Feinuotai coordinates forging, machining, welding, heat treatment, bending and inspection through a single contact for each project.
Custom parts are produced from five titanium grades — the grade selection depends on required strength, corrosion resistance, weight and cost target. Starting stock form (bar, plate, forging, tube) is matched to the component geometry to minimize machining waste.
| Grade | Material | Starting Stock Form | Custom Part Examples |
|---|---|---|---|
| Grade 1 | Commercially Pure | Plate, bar, forging | Chemical process tanks, pickling baskets, plating racks |
| Grade 2 | Commercially Pure | Bar, plate, forging, tube | General-purpose machined components, welding fixtures, heat exchanger parts |
| Grade 5 | Ti-6Al-4V | Bar, forging, plate | Structural components, aerospace parts, high-strength brackets and flanges |
| Grade 7 | Ti-0.2Pd | Bar, plate | Extreme-corrosion chemical handling components |
| Grade 23 | Ti-6Al-4V ELI | Bar, forging, plate | Medical device components, implants and instruments |
Feinuotai accepts DWG, STEP, IGES and PDF drawing formats. Tolerances, surface finishes, heat-treatment specification, inspection requirements and quantity are all defined at the inquiry stage.

A typical custom titanium part project follows this sequence. Most projects complete within 2–6 weeks depending on complexity, tolerance and quantity.
Feinuotai reviews your drawing for titanium manufacturability — flagging challenging features, recommending stock form and estimating cost.
Starting stock (bar, plate, forging, tube) procured from Feinuotai stock or ordered in for special sizes.
CNC machining, welding, laser cutting, bending — all operations coordinated from a single project contact.
Solution treatment, aging, pickling, passivation, polishing — specified per drawing.
Dimensional inspection, visual check, material test certificate (MTC) — shipped per your packaging instruction.
Discrete components built to drawing for original equipment manufacturers.
Titanium mesh screens, filter elements and supporting hardware.
One-off and small-batch assemblies for research, testing and specialty plants.
Rapid-response prototype parts for engineering validation and trade samples.

No. All custom parts are produced to order — no pre-machined finished parts are held as stock. Lead time scales with the prototype or production volume.
Yes — Feinuotai accepts customer-supplied titanium bar, plate, forging or tube stock for machining and fabrication. Stock-inspection procedures apply per your or our quality policy.
Prototypes (1–10 pieces) and production runs (100–50,000+) are both supported. Minimum-order tooling charges may apply for short runs of parts requiring custom cutting tools or fixtures.
CNC machining, laser cutting, welding and tube bending are Feinuotai in-house capabilities. Forging and heat treatment are coordinated through established titanium industry partners — Feinuotai manages the process and quality on your behalf.
