Forged and machined titanium flanges, elbows, tees, reducers, caps and custom fittings — the connection components that complete corrosion-resistant titanium piping systems.
Six flange types and five pipe fitting types — each as a dedicated product page with specification and supply information.

Hubbed flanges welded directly to pipe — commonly selected for higher-pressure and demanding piping applications, though actual suitability depends on design standard, pipe size, operating temperature and pressure class.

Slip-on flanges — lower cost than weld neck, suitable for moderate-pressure applications.

Solid disc flanges used to blank off pipeline ends — rated to the same pressure class as mating flanges.

Threaded flanges for low-pressure, non-critical services where welding is not desired.

Socket weld flanges for small-bore high-pressure piping — fillet-welded assembly.

Lap joint flanges paired with stub ends — ideal for systems requiring frequent disassembly.
90° and 45° long- and short-radius titanium elbows for directional changes in piping.
Equal and reducing titanium tees for line branching and manifold connections.
Concentric and eccentric titanium reducers for size transitions in piping systems.
Dished, flat and hemispherical titanium caps to close the end of a tube or pipe run.

Stub ends (butt-weld ends) paired with lap joint flanges — not the same as lap joint flanges themselves.
Pipe fittings and flanges are the connection points that make a titanium piping system functional. Feinuotai supplies these components in Grade 1, 2 (commercially pure titanium), Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V), Grade 7, 9, 12 and Grade 23 (Ti-6Al-4V ELI) to match the pipe or tube they connect, ensuring uniform corrosion resistance and thermal expansion throughout the entire circuit. Grade 2 CP titanium and Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V) are available from stock. Grade 1, 7, 9, 12 and 23 can be evaluated according to the required fitting or flange specifications. Fittings are produced primarily by forging bar or billet stock, then CNC machining to final dimensions per standard specification or customer drawing.
Beyond standard catalogue items — weld-neck and slip-on flanges, 90° and 45° elbows, equal and reducing tees, concentric and eccentric reducers, dished and flat caps — we also support custom fitting geometries: non-standard angles, transition pieces, special outlet branches and adapters. Every custom order begins with a drawing review to confirm feasibility and select the most economical production route.
All titanium flanges and fittings supplied by Feinuotai conform to ASTM B363 / B363M, which covers seamless and welded titanium pipe flanges (WN, SO, BL, TH, SW, LJ types) and flange fittings including elbows, tees, reducers, caps and stub ends. Pressure classes follow ASME B16.5 and B16.9.
Six flange connection types are available from stock. The selection depends on pressure class, temperature, piping schedule and whether disassembly is expected. Weld Neck Flanges are commonly selected for higher-pressure and demanding piping applications, though actual suitability depends on design standard, pipe size, operating temperature and pressure class.
| Type | Code | Connection Method | Typical Pressure Class | Primary Application |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Weld Neck | WN | Butt-welded directly to pipe | #150 – #1500 | Higher-pressure and demanding piping applications |
| Slip-On | SO | Slips over pipe; fillet-welded | #150 – #600 | Moderate-pressure, lower-cost alternative to WN |
| Blind | BL | Blank-off flange — bolted only | Mated flange class | Blank off pipeline ends and terminations |
| Threaded | TH | NPT or BSP threaded connection | #150 – #300 | Low-pressure, non-critical services; no welding |
| Socket Weld | SW | Pipe inserted into socket, fillet-welded | #300 – #1500 | Small-bore high-pressure piping |
| Lap Joint | LJ | Pairs with stub ends; easily disassembled | #150 – #1500 | Systems requiring frequent disassembly |
Butt-weld and socket-weld titanium fittings produced to ASTM B363 and ASME B16.9. Grades include CP (Grade 1, 2) and alloy (Grade 5, 7) for pressure-tight process piping systems.
90° and 45° long-radius (LR) and short-radius (SR) titanium elbows — buttwelded and socket-welded configurations.
Equal tees, reducing tees, concentric and eccentric reducers for line branching and size transitions.
Dished, flat and hemispherical pipe caps; stub ends for lap-joint flange assemblies.
1/2" through 24" nominal, Sch10 through Sch80 — grades 1, 2, 5 and 7 from stock.
Feinuotai flanges and fittings are produced by forging (for larger sizes and pressure classes) and machining from bar stock (small and special sizes). Facing types and surface finishes are selected per project specification.
| Parameter | Options |
|---|---|
| Facing Type | Raised Face (RF), Flat Face (FF), Ring Type Joint (RTJ) — standard; tongue & groove on inquiry |
| Bolt Pattern | Per ASME B16.5 — standard; custom on inquiry |
| Material Form | Forged flanges, bar-machined small flanges, bar-machined fittings |
| Surface Finish | As-forged, machined, pickled & passivated, polished |
| Available Grades | Grade 1, 2, 5 and 7 — per ASTM B363 |
Non-standard flanges and fittings — custom sizes, special facing configurations, non-ANSI bolt patterns and specialty grades — are coordinated per inquiry. For drawing-based or custom requirements, you may share your drawings with our sales team by email or WhatsApp after initial contact.
