Platinum electroplated or clad titanium anodes -- noble metal surface for specialty electrochemical applications requiring chemical inertness.
Pt electroplate or clad on Grade 1 Ti substrate. Platinum surface provides excellent chemical inertness. Coordination through Feinuotai's coating partners.
Supply Model: Grade 1 Titanium Substrate is the standard base material for all coated titanium anodes. Feinuotai manufactures Grade 1 titanium substrates in-house. Ru-based MMO and Ir-based MMO coatings are applied on Feinuotai's own in-house MMO coating line. Platinum, lead dioxide (PbO₂) and palladium coatings are supplied through Feinuotai's coating partners — not produced on-site.

Chemical inertness — laboratory cells, specialty plating, cathodic protection
Research and analytical cells requiring a chemically inert noble metal surface.
Anodes for plating baths where platinum's inertness and conductivity are valued.
Anodes for cathodic protection of steel structures in marine and underground environments.
Pt provides chemically inert noble metal surface but higher material cost. MMO coatings more economical for high-volume industrial service.
No — platinum coating is coordinated through Feinuotai's external coating partners. Grade 1 titanium substrate manufactured by Feinuotai.
Electroplated is most common; clad (explosive bonding or roll bonding) for thicker layers. Specify at inquiry.
Specify anode shape, dimensions, coating method (electroplated / clad), required thickness, and service environment. Lead time for partner-coated items confirmed at inquiry.
