Palladium-coated titanium anodes -- stable noble metal surface for specialty electrochemical applications requiring controlled electrode kinetics.
Pd electroplate on Grade 1 Ti substrate. Distinct electrode kinetics vs Pt or MMO. Coordination through partners.
Supply Model: Grade 1 Titanium Substrate is the standard base material for all coated titanium anodes. Feinuotai manufactures Grade 1 titanium substrates in-house. Ru-based MMO and Ir-based MMO coatings are applied on Feinuotai's own in-house MMO coating line. Platinum, lead dioxide (PbO₂) and palladium coatings are supplied through Feinuotai's coating partners — not produced on-site.
